Digital Goods Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Nature of Digital Products

Zenvo Technology e-books are digital products, delivered as soon as your payment is confirmed: the book is added to your account library, where you can read it online or download a PDF copy. Every copy is personalised with a watermark showing your email address and order number.

2. Free Sample Chapter Preview & Transparency

To ensure complete transparency and prevent buyer remorse, Zenvo Technology provides a free 3-page preview of every e-book before purchase. Please read the preview and the book description to confirm the book suits you before paying.

3. Refund Conditions & Exceptions

• Immediate Delivery: Once an e-book has been unlocked in the client dashboard or a dynamically watermarked PDF has been generated, sales are generally non-refundable due to the irreversible nature of digital content delivery.
• Duplicate Charges: You can only have one payment in progress at a time. If you are still charged twice for the same book (for example a slow UPI payment), we refund the extra payment automatically and in full to the original payment method; banks usually credit it within 5 to 7 business days. If you don't see it, write to us with your Order Number.
• Technical Access Defects: If a technical failure on our platform prevents access to the purchased chapters, and our engineering team is unable to rectify the issue within 48 hours of notification, a 100% refund will be issued.

4. GST Invoicing & Credit Notes (SAC 9984)

If GST was charged on your order, an approved refund is accompanied by a GST credit note referencing the original Tax Invoice, reversing the CGST and SGST or IGST. If no GST was charged (your document is a Payment Receipt marked “Not registered under GST”), no credit note is needed. A refund ends access to the book.
