These terms apply when you hire Zenvo Technology for a website, SEO, content, paid-ads or care-plan service. E-book purchases have their own Terms of Sale.
Every engagement starts with a written proposal or agreement that sets out the scope, price, timeline and billing. If it says something different from these terms, the proposal wins. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before we start it.
Your domain, hosting, Google Business Profile, Search Console, Analytics and ad accounts are registered in your name, on your accounts. Once the project is paid for, you own the website's code and content we created for you, and we hand over the source code. Third-party software, fonts, images and themes remain under their own licences.
You approve every major decision, such as the design, the content and ad budgets, before it goes live. Timelines depend on getting your content, approvals and account access on time; if those are delayed, the delivery date moves by the same amount. For monthly services we send a report every month.
We work to proven standards, but search rankings, leads and ad results depend on Google, Meta and other platforms, on your market and on competitors. We do not guarantee any specific ranking, number of leads, calls or sales.
You confirm that you have the rights to the text, images, logos and other material you give us, and that it is lawful. We use the access you give us (website, Google, ad accounts) only for the agreed work, and we keep your business information confidential. Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Notice.
Our total liability for any claim about a service is limited to the fees you paid us for that service in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or business, or for outages and changes by third-party platforms (hosting, Google, Meta, payment gateways). Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any liability that cannot be limited by law.
