These terms apply when you buy an e-book from Zenvo Technology. By completing a purchase you agree to them.
You need a Zenvo Technology account to buy. Your purchases are linked to that account, and you must keep your sign-in details (and two-factor codes, if enabled) private.
At checkout we ask for your name, mobile number and state (and GSTIN for a business invoice). Your state decides how GST is shown on your receipt (CGST + SGST or IGST, SAC 9984). Prices include any applicable GST. Please make sure these details are correct; they are saved to your account for future purchases.
After your payment is confirmed we email you a link to your e-book and a payment receipt with the GST breakdown. The book is added to your library, where you can read it online or download a PDF copy.
“Lifetime access” means access for as long as your account is active and Zenvo Technology offers the e-book service. If we ever stop offering the service, we will give you reasonable notice so you can download your copies. Access ends if the purchase is refunded or charged back.
You get a personal, non-transferable licence to read the e-book. You may not share, resell, upload or distribute it, in whole or in part. Downloaded copies carry your email address and order number as a watermark, and we may suspend access to accounts involved in unauthorised distribution.
Only buyers can review a book. Reviews must be honest and about the book. We remove only reviews that are abusive, spam or unrelated; we never edit or remove genuine reviews because they are negative.
Refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Your personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Notice.
Questions about a purchase: [email protected]. You must be 18 or older to buy. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Muzaffarpur, Bihar have jurisdiction, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission.
